Cancellation and refund policies

A customer comes first! Divine Senses has invented easy cancellations and returns by selecting the desired mode of return and replacement option. Your request will be addressed by our experts. The help will be processed and approved by our Returns Team to you within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation policies:

If in case you have to cancel an order with us please do the same within 24 hours of placing the order. All that you have to do is email us at with your order number mentioned in the subject line.

Additionally, if your order has been dispatched and you want to cancel the same, you can simply refuse to accept the order when the delivery reaches your doorstep and inform us via email.

In the case of prepaid orders, the whole order amount would be refunded in case the order is cancelled, lost or is undelivered to the prescribed destination in the form of Store Credits only. NO CASH REFUND policy is available. 

Also, Divine Senses reserves the right to cancel any order without any prior notice or explanation for the same, under the circumstances where the prerequisite for the orders are not met.

However, the Company ensures that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund is made within a reasonable span. 

Refund policies:

Customers are eligible to return if they received packages in damaged or defective condition by raising your concern on our email address within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product. We offer only 7 days return/refund policy. 

The brand new replacement will be shipped to you within 15 days of the replacement guarantee, with no additional cost if you are not appeased with the product or in case of damaged or wrong products received.

Customers are expected to handle the original product tag and packing is intact form when reverse pick up is made.

The expected period for completing the procedure is 7-12 ideal days(for releasing a new replacement or the store credit, after we receive the old product).

The refund policy is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available. The courier charges will not be refunded. In the case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via Paytm. 

If you choose self-ship where our courier or reverse pickup services are not reachable then, you would have to send the articles back to our return address. Note that the product is unused.

Certain products that concern personal hygiene are not applicable for Return or Refund.

Note: The bulk or Corporate orders are non-refundable, 

Our team takes paramount care concerning the quality of each product delivered and tries to certify that the item reaches you cautiously. However, we understand that sometimes delicate items are damaged during shipment.
